This is a saignée rosé, meaning free-run juice is ‘bled’ off from the red grapes in order to keep it as delicate as possible. It is matured for six months in concrete tanks, following which it is given a very light filtration before bottling to ensure it is crystal clear. Bright strawberries, playful and with a light creamy texture. A rosé for food pairing – particularly good with Asian spiced dishes.
