A fully naturally made sparkling wine bottled before primary fermentation is finished, without the addition of secondary yeasts, sugars or preservatives. Indigenous yeasts are vital and give a unique character to this vibrant wine. Pájaros Pintados literally translates to "Painted Birds". This phrase most notably refers to the Uruguay River, which is poetically and historically known as the Río de los Pájaros Pintados ("River of the Painted Birds")
