This aged plum brandy is made from wild plums. They are small, round, blue-purple fruits, with a hard green flesh and are mainly found in Alsace and on the hillsides of the Fouchy Valley. This aged eau de vie has a beautiful amber colour and exhibits roundness coming from the chestnut wood but also a bright and lively character of plums. Presented in a red antique-style bottle that perfectly protects it from the light and sealed with wax.
