Golden-brown in colour with nutty notes balancing the dark cherry and bramble fruit. Layers of dried fruits, fresh acidity and a hint of caramel on the palate lead into a long and fresh finish.
Serve a little below room temperature and enjoy with a cheese board or rich dark chocolate and caramel brownies. This can be left open and enjoyed for a couple of weeks.
