The domaine’s village Puligny-Montrachet is an absolute classic, and a flagship of the estate. It is made from four hectares of vines, spread over seven lieux-dits.
Aged in oak barrels, including 20% new oak, the wines remain in the barrels for one year, where both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place. They are then transferred to a unification tank for five months. The
wine has a lemon-yellow mid-palate with a hint of toast. It is well-balanced, with a generous body and medium length. The fruity aromas are perfectly harmonious.
