On a recent tasting journey, we came across these wines from Maison Chavin, firstly they are fantastic wines that just happen to be non-alcohol. Produced in the Languedoc-Rousillon they have been going for just 10yrs however crucially with pioneering technology to dealcoholize their wines better than ever before.

Aromatic, ripe yellow apples, rounded and floral with bright, lively acidity. Joyfully refreshing as an aperitif, this delightful drink also makes a fabulous partner for green asparagus, delicate scallop or sea bass carpaccio, and roasted turbot. It’s simply divine alongside langoustine ravioli drizzled with lemon cream and black truffle. And let’s not forget all types of poultry and the sweet finale with pastries and macarons!
